When will we hear?!
We’re going to start letting people know on Friday May 1st!
When will vendor fees be due?!
Within a week of being accepted to reserve your spot. If you’re no longer interested we’d like to offer your spot to someone else!
Are there refunds?
The only time refunds will be issued is if very severe weather conditions or other public health concerns. Otherwise the event is rain or shine. We can’t refund after you’ve committed because it’s likely a spot we won’t be able to offer someone else. Sorry! No other exceptions.
What are the load in load out times?
This will be firm and instructions will be sent but the start time is roughly 8am and you can start to breakdown and move out after 6pm. Cars will NOT be allowed on Lark Street during the festival. If the in and out times are not optimal then consider a cart or another way to get your wares in and out without a motorized vehicle.
When do we have to decide to apply by?
Submissions are over 5/12. We’ve already received more applications than available spots and so you should apply as soon as possible!
